In Article 123, Section 1, of the PASS/Aviation Safety (AVS) collective bargaining agreement, the FAA agrees to reimburse aviation safety inspectors for a portion of the cost of obtaining Professional Liability Insurance. This was a significant achievement as it helps inspectors pay for this necessary expense. PASS reminds its members that a special member benefit has been negotiated on their behalf.
