William Butler, Chapter TX1 member and PASS Article 13 representative for Technical Training (AJI) at the directorate level, asked PASS to share the FAA’s announcement for the agency’s second annual Tech Ops Summit. “Learning Together 2.0,” will be held on June 6–7 in Norman, Oklahoma from 8 am–5 pm CT. The summit will be live-streamed and remote participants will have the opportunity to text their questions live to the facilitators. The agenda can be accessed here.
One of Butler’s first experiences as the AJI representative was to attend the first training summit last year, throwing him right into the heart of technical training. “By being there and meeting some of the key players, it was an opportunity to express PASS’s concerns and start the dialogue,” he said. “I encourage as many Tech Ops members as possible to tune in and participate this year.” Read the announcement.
