{"id":789,"date":"2021-01-22T22:00:43","date_gmt":"2021-01-22T22:00:43","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/mainsite.maxesio.com\/?p=789"},"modified":"2021-01-22T22:00:43","modified_gmt":"2021-01-22T22:00:43","slug":"pass-praises-president-s-rescinding-of-anti-federal-employee-eos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mainsite.maxesio.com\/?p=789","title":{"rendered":"PASS Praises President&#8217;s Rescinding of Anti-Federal Employee EOs"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The Professional Aviation Safety Specialists, AFL-CIO (PASS), praised President Joe Biden\u2019s action today that <a href=\"https:\/\/www.whitehouse.gov\/briefing-room\/presidential-actions\/2021\/01\/22\/executive-order-protecting-the-federal-workforce\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">rescinded the three executive orders<\/a> (EOs) issued in May 2018 that stripped away collective bargaining and other workplace rights from federal employees.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cPASS has been advocating for nearly three years that those executive orders were not only detrimental to the 11,000 employees we represent at the Federal Aviation Administration and Department of Defense,\u201d said PASS National President Mike Perrone. \u201cBut they were harmful to the American flying public as well.
