Shuler previously served as secretary-treasurer and Redmond as international vice president for human affairs.<\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\">\u201cOn behalf of the more than 11,000 public servants PASS represents at the Federal Aviation Administration and the Department of Defense, we send our best wishes to President Shuler, Secretary-Treasurer Redmond and Executive Vice President&nbsp;Tefere Gebre.
